Nicholas Guest's character (Patrick Elliot) is the headmaster at USA High and is trying to win the heart of Ms. Dupre, the english teacher.
I haven't seen an episode yet where he hasn't tried getting with her!!! :) His daughter Ashley goes to USA High and some of the students thinks she has an unfair advantage on her grades sometimes.
